The founder of the firm in 1995, Mark specialises primarily in commercial and corporate agreements including property transactions and commercial litigation. Mark is closely aligned to numerous property developers, owners, brokers and managers. He provides a wide range of legal services for clients, including all aspects of the commercial and residential property development process, commercial and development sale and lease negotiations and solutions for all property and commercially related issues.

JUSTIN BERMAN – SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Justin joined the firm as a senior associate in 2024. Justin was previously an associate at a boutique law firm in Johannesburg specialising primarily in the enforcement of property rights and litigation. Justin has considerable experience and expertise in property and land related litigation with a distinct focus on residential and commercial eviction, the drafting and vetting of property related agreements and general commercial litigation.

REVANI MOOPANAR – ASSOCIATE

Revani completed her articles at the firm in 2025 and now holds the position of Associate. She has a particular interest in property law and represents body corporates and property management companies with commercial and residential property litigation, both in the High and Magistrates’ courts. She has nurtured significant, close relationships with clients and her professional services are highly valued. Revani is an integral part of our Team and has made a significant contribution to our success.

Marius commenced articles at the firm in 2024 and is now in his senior year. He assists in all aspects of the firm’s practice with a focus on property and IT litigation. Marius has a particular interest in property law and conveyancing as well as the administration of estates.
